#galaxy looks like, even though no AO
it could also be a fairly bright nearby object
#artifact straight almost vertical line DSS2 Blue
not sure, but looks like multiple objects. faint blob on DSS as if moving left to right towards the object.
#galaxy and #artifact diagonal line DSS2 Blue
#galaxy 2 arms visible, nice
#galaxy one next to another. oh how cute.
#galaxy noise fairly consitant between DSS and MASS
another example of a perfectly #goodcandidate
slightly suspicitous on DSS2 Red, this is a tough one, but i'd call it a good candidate
ah! my eyes!
#galaxy consinstency of noise on DSS, shape resembling galaxy diagonally
#galaxy or nebula
this is the definition of a perfectly good candidate
It helps to move the slider quickly between DSS and MASS back and forth. You'll distinguish the noise more easily that way.
#galaxy nice resolution on SDSS
#artifact DSS2 IR
#artifact DSS2 Red
#artifact multiple artifacts
The upper object is probably not a galaxy since it disappears on WISE 4, but how can a star appear so elongated and "Not Round" on DSS?
#galaxy with pretty arms
#artifact object appears on 2MASS J
#artifact on DSS2 Red
two galaxies? what is this, deep field? 😃
This could look like a galaxy to me. Is it safe to assume galaxies will appear "smaller" in MASS than in DSS?
