Why is this considered a YSO when the SED clearly indicates an Early Star?

Per the NOMAD and PPMXL tables I believe that there are two AO creating the bright image in the flip book.

Wise 2 and 3 are very strange images. Also this AO is in Marton as a YSO and it has an interesting SED. Verified #multiples. #badcandidate.
