In DSS2 looks like squared mass of seething gas; square may be artifact of equipment. SIMBAD reports eemi-regular pulsating star.

W LMi - an SR+L #Variable star, Vamp= 1.125 #extended. Also listed as #RV-Tauri with G2e - K2e fluctuation, and #Mira type (ASAS)
