    Yep, I've just edited my last comment. Can galaxies appear that bright? It's brighter than the target star.

    Star-forming galaxies are brighter than stars at long wavelengths due to all the glowing cool dust.

    Most of these image scalings are focused on the central target, so relative brightness in each image doesn't translate to real flux per se.
