For Faint M dwarf spreadsheet of Steven's. Vmag must be between 15.0 to 20.0; same for Rmag: 15.0 - 20.0. Stars with Vmag less than 15 go to FAST; these objects go to GEMINI telescopes. Also has Round3 (brighter) Mdwarfc in collection. For RoboAO Follow-Up, Vmag less important than imag <17. If imag not available, use Imag.
