Planetary Nebula + Disk?

In the Milky Way Project we found this Planetary Nebula WRAY 17-56, which the volunteers called "Saurons Eye" (Subject 2359771). Here is a link to a spectra.
I created from Spitzer 8.0 µm and SuperCosmos H-alpha survey (SHS) this image:

I don't know if Planetary Nebulas can be disky. Maybe someone can tell me more about this.
