    Or even better, it would be super sweet to have check boxes along the right side of the spectra box, that when you check it, it would superimpose a graph of the line of say, the seyfert 1 or the seyfert 2.
    AGN and QSO are close, but the eye can pick out the diffraction from the QSO in the picture.

    They seem to be pretty consistent, even the emission and NCL galaxies.

    We are seriously considering something like this to help sift through the candidates. We're in the process of seeing whether we can add additional constraints to SEDs to weed out more galaxies.

    We have an initial grouping of objects that we have just started to get useful data on--we'll probably have to decide if we're going to need to re-do any if we make changes.

    an interesting paper on WISE , and how the color cuts on AGN's are excluding a lot of objects.

    they also point out some telling spectra that may be helpful if you ever do end up doing a spectral overlay

    It's a great question--we're currently looking into trying to cut the number roughly in half, simply by looking at the brightest objects first--there are bound to be much fewer galaxies at the bright end of our sample than at the faintest end. Then if there's time and inclination from the Disk Detective community, we'll sift through the fainter and trickier sample.
