How Do I find out if a star is BE. Please. Thank you , Ian

To start with you can look for the spectral type in Vizier, here we are lucky and have A7V (Pickles+, 2010).
Otherwise you can look for the colors http://www.stsci.edu/~inr/intrins.html (see marc's post http://blog.diskdetective.org/2014/04/30/follow-up-observing-begins/ ) but it's more tricky.

Hi anoxie , I have lots to understand . I get to Vizier but I am missing something and could not find A7V (Pickles+.2010) . I would love to spend a few hours with you to learn the ins and outs . It would be like school all over again . but that is toooooo far away for me . Thank you very much.
