    According to NED it´s this galaxy

    interesting object the left of the nucleus, if this galaxy it's a supernova or GRB

    It is certainly possible that the DSS plates might catch one, but generally the blue, red, and IR images were taken years apart. So it is unlikely that secondary source near the galaxy is a SNe. Hard to say what it might be, but perhaps there exists more information/data on this particular galaxy elsewhere.

    What is the time interval between overviews and DSS MASS2? What is the time interval between the spectral series? Approx.

    Hmm, I think 2MASS survey ended around 2002 ish, WISE has been collecting data since 2010 ish, and I believe DSS2 images mostly come from observations around 1980s-1990. Does that answer you question?
