Edge-on Ring?

Are we expecting to see any debris disk or protoplanetary disk that's as resolved as the feature in the 2MASS images? Seems like a very distinct ring to me.

Nope, all of the objects we are looking at here are way too far away for 2MASS, POSS, or WISE to resolve into disks. The thing you saw on the image that I just commented on is actually (I believe) a diffraction spike from a very bright star some distance away from the star seen in our images. The photometry at JHK for our object, though, is probably adversely affected by the diffraction spike.
