Good candidate or no?

Can this picture still be a sun with debris disk?. Even though its round but its outside of the circle

The VizieR database indicates the object on the crosshairs is a Variable Red Giant Star (LPV = Long period Variable, SARG = small amplitude red giant), and this type of star is not a good candidate. Also, it is extended outside the circle in WISE, especially WISE 3/4, meaning it is contaminated by dust clouds.
