I don't think this classification, at least the (largest) sub sample of moderate-likelihood AGN candidates, is relevant. In this case the SED points to a YSO.

You're right. (Edelson+, 2012) contains a lot of YSOs indeed.
AWI000196q is in Cygnus-X region (that's star formation region) and it has "nonzero" proper motion, so this could be YSO
You can also see that in (Lucas+ 2012) it's classified as Star (with a probability ≥ 90%)
