Round AND not round

  The object in this image is round AND not round in WISE. Does anyone know what this could be?

  The resolution of WISE is about 8 Seconds of arc so it is very low to have a shape if the SDSS data did not. There are unlimited possibles but I think ether it saturated or there is another object emits IR radiation in the background such as far nebula.
