Shifting

  Is this object shifting or not. Seems to shift a bit. Its SED is rather flat.

  To me it looks like there is an additional component extending beyond the red circle. The shifts could potentially be due to misregistration of the images, since it looks like sources common in the shorter wavelength images shift as well.

  I should clarify, there are gross shifts at shorter wavelengths, but I agree that there seems to be a clear trend in the WISE images away from the cross-hairs.
