Strange distortions in WISE 2 and 3

I noticed that this object acts rather strange. Its SED diagram is also unusual. It's over 100 times brighter in mid-infrared than in visible light and brightness error bars are small in WISE 3 and 4 images. Is it an object covered with dust?

Appears in the catalog of R CrB stars, " R Coronae Borealis (RCB) are very unusual type of variable star, in that the variability is caused by the formation of a cloud of carbon dust in the line of sight." from http://www.astrosurf.com/buil/us/peculiar2/rcrb.htm

How large are these cloud formations?

The object is saturated in W2 for sure, so that might be the source of the strange PSF structure.

Here's another one of those objects. Never thought Mira variables could saturate WISE images.
