I often find that the light is not round at the very beginning of the run. But, after the toggle bar moves a half inch it is round. At what point do I click not round? Also, for a tip, I allow the arrow to run all the way to the end. If I think there may be something there I use my mouse to move the toggle over manually, it is slower and allows me to pinpoint what I thought I saw.

Ah, based on the first few optical frames, I'd say this one is definitely "not round." The reason it becomes more round at the end is because the spatial resolution gets worse -- the view gets "blurrier." That's why we're having you look at this - we picked things for this based on their WISE properties, so it's useful to assess things on the short wavelength end.
